C# in Depth by Jon Skeet (2008, Manning Publications).
This book provides excellent coverage of newer C# features by an author with extensive knowledge of the language. (I’m still reading the C# 2 section, but I expect the quality to continue in the C# 3 portion.)
It omits instructions for the beginner ("here’s how to write a loop") and pages of API reference, jumping straight to relevant material. Even experienced developers may learn information that will surprise them.
The publisher provides a free PDF ebook with every purchased paper copy. Since this is searchable, it acts as a full-text index.
I’m a little over 100 pages in (out of 350+), and I already recommend it highly.

Development Central is the blog of Bill Sorensen, a professional software developer. Much of this will relate to C#, .NET, and OOP in general.
